Mitre Peak Capital (“Mitre Peak”) is pleased to announce the addition of a new team member, Dan Davidson.
Dan joins Mitre Peak as a Managing Director. In this position, Dan will be responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and actively driving value enhancements in new and existing investments of Mitre Peak.
Prior to joining Mitre Peak, Dan spent over nine years at Insight Equity, rising from Associate to Principal and ultimately leading the firm’s New York office. During his tenure at Insight Equity, Dan sourced, executed, and managed investments across a variety of sectors, including Aerospace & Defense, Air Filtration & HVAC, Automotive, and Outdoor Living.
Prior to Insight Equity, Dan was a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting’s Restructuring and Turnaround practice. While at FTI, he advised various boards of directors and management teams on operational and financial restructurings and reorganizations across an array of sectors, including Automotive, Construction, and Food & Beverage.
